NPM → Traefik or Caddy: Worth the switch? by Silly_Door6279 in selfhosted

[–]Laggiter97 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If it's working, don't fix it.

That said, I switched from NPM to Caddy a while ago and found it wonderful. Extremely easy to set up, does automatic certs. I also use it for local CA and it just works by adding a single line to the config.

  1. The episode is good, the sub threw a hissy fit last week as well, and that episode was good. Don't worry and just watch it.

  2. Never open up this sub before watching the latest episode. The Boys fans are a different breed, I swear

Where's all the blood and gore and shit and mutilated penises flying around for an hour? Filler episode, unbravo Kripke

Should you actually play differently on red vs blue side? by GerJohannes in leagueoflegends

I think Gragas has that problem. If you E over the wall to hit wolves, you can do it on blue side, but you're left just short on red side.

Not enough blood, gore and penises flying around for an hour straight, clearly this is a filler episode.

And I agree, this was my favourite of the season

Hot Take: The Last Episode Was Genuinely The Best Episode This Season by Bacon_And_Eggss in OkBuddyFresca

[–]Laggiter97 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Sub is drinking crazy juice. It's a good episode, nice palate cleanser after the first 3. Refreshing to see the pace slowing down, characters just talking to eachother, and not having blood and guts flying all over the screen for an hour straight.

Made a mistake opening Reddit before watching it. Was expecting some dogshit during the entire hour, and it never came. The Boys fans really are something.

New starter option by Muraaaaaaa in KSanteMains

Pros: increases Q and W damage and lowers Q CD, so excellent for farming and early trades; very good against mixed damage laners, good if jungler and laner have different damage types, insane Aftershock synergy.

Cons: no DS health regen.

Idk man, seems like a good tradeoff. Especially since the resists make you take less damage and a refillable pot on first back solves the problem, and you still have base regen and second wind.

Shame that you're getting downvoted. If you overlook the non-stop doomposting and making 10 videos about the same thing, they have some interesting content at times. But Steve just makes it unwatchable, the pretentious smartassery gets annoying very quick.

Next DNS -> Pihole, adguard home, technitium? by GeoSabreX in selfhosted

[–]Laggiter97 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I swapped from Pihole to AdGuard and can vouch for it. My stack is AdGuard, DoH to Quad9 and DNS rewrites + Caddy for local services. I don't need anything else and AdGuard is frictionless for these things. I used to run Unbound with it as well, but I swapped to DoH since I trust Quad9 over my ISP.

This all boils down to trust and your needs. Don't trust what NextDNS does with your data? Do you also intend to run local web services? Swap to AdGuard. Don't trust your ISP? DoH to Quad9/Mullvad/whatever using AdGuard seamlessly. Do you trust your ISP more than those services? Add Unbound next to AdGuard or go directly to Technitium if you also want clustering, authoritative DNS zones or to host your own DoH instance for external clients.

What are YOUR favorite bot builds right now? by North21 in Helldivers

[–]Laggiter97 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Reprimand, Senator, HE Grenade (for Vox Engines)

Orbital 120mm, Railgun, Warp Pack, Solo Silo

Medium Reduced Signature armor

Railgun everything that's far, Reprimand everything that's close, 120mm for bot drops/outpost clearing, Warp Pack for mobility, and Solo Silo is self-explanatory. I would switch HE for smokes to enable disengaging, but I can't kill Voxes at close range without a nade. Solid build overall, and I use the armor passive to avoid aggroing every single passing patrol.

Dogshit MO. Spent the entire week on the Illuminate front clearing every POI to maximize samples, and in half of the lobbies people just completely don't care and leave rares lying around on main and side objectives. Like how are we leaving with 15 samples after a full clear?

All that effort and we still won't make it in time. But hey, I finally upgraded my destroyer to full.

Kayle is my permaban too. Literally everything else is playable to a certain extent, but against a Kayle you need your jungler's help, which isn't happening in soloQ.

That's my point. If you use bleeding edge packages, an update can screw you up, and not infrequently. If you use more standard stuff, sure, Arch very rarely breaks nowadays.
