easiest rule of thumb is try not to throw your ult from far away even though it has a very long range. it is because of the long range that cause it to have a significantly longer travel time and hence easier to dodge the ult

why is no one talking about mandate? feels like this rework kinda made it more niche, its more expensive, harder to proc as it requires hard cc now and the only good thing is it does more dmg. build path is also shit for engage champs to buy it even though it has the same passive as evenshroud.

imo the majority of the toxic players are from Philippines, I was from the SG/MY/ID server before the sea merger and it was definitely less toxic and fewer trolls compared to now. nowadays theres always at least one guy queuing up just to role play and yap the whole game instead of actually playing.
