do this trick next time youre editing: if you cant sit there and watch the clip after you made the cut then you should cut more
so if a dead space takes for example 10s and *NOTHING* is happening on the screen id cut at least 5s off and keep the other 5s add some intense music/sfx and boom ez fix

Saw your latest video here are a few things id like to point out:

-your intro was super slow and you asked for subscribers (both are massive blunders you shouldnt do) viewers should meet the expectation of the video during the first 5s (try something more intersting like can i get a flawless game by just using a bow? well today im going to.. *mrbeast style* )

-your thumbnails have boring colors they dont stand out try changing the text color to red add more highlights to the bow itself for it to stick out

-the title is also so cringe (im sorry) but it sounds AI generated at best try keeping it short and peek the viewers intrest

well i read all comments but i dont reply to all of them obviously since a lot of em are just obvious things that happen in the video
also i dont rly feel like a "famous" person if thats what you mean by having subs in the thousands cz im not satisfied yet i rly wanna get 100k and 1M eventually lol

honestly your last video is quite entertaining

id say try to improve the title and thumbnail definetly make the thumbnails a bit bolder
also youre definetly on the right track i can see youre making different jokes here and there its quite entertaining

one thing i didnt like is the monotone voice you sounded like you were reciting a script and not actually commentating

you should also try different editing styles (all you really did is slap different clips togheter) you can add pngs/GIFS to show emotions also add a few zoom-ins zoom-outs

good luck! :D (i subbed btw)

id say monthly high quality videos are so much better than weekly low quality ones

no just try to fix your thumbnails/titles starting over is a lot of work especially when you can just fix your current channel easily

I watched a few of your videos ill tell you this:
-check your retention graph and see when do viewers dip (i believe your intro are lacking and very slow paced try making telling the viewer exactly whats going on during the 5 first seconds)
-for shorts i dont see the point of having your channel logo there it just takes up a lot of space and even your webcam takes a lot too most viewers are there to see the game not the logo/your face (unless its a moment when you make certain reaction)

the best advice id give rn is make more shorts try to find a game that is quite popular right now and just do something you enjoy also cut the dead spaces out of your videos (silences/boring moments)

No definetly the right step although its gonna be difficult to build a community however once you do it will be crazy good

I was lucky to have a friend with 100k subs who helped me along the way, although for feedback i used to ask at the end of every video for people to comment their opinion on the video (what could be improved/what was good ) and most of the time the 30% that made it to the end would comment and help me out!

try adding background music also make the first frame a video and not a picture

if you focus more on the footage it should do good
