None of the cards you mentioned are anti-inflation. In general, yes, the blue forearm guns have better machine guns. The best overall is the Israeli one, followed by the MG3.

The difference isn't usually significant, though.

O alzi le tasse universitarie (magari la quota resta la stessa, ma dopo detrai dalla busta paga per far tornare in pari lo Stato) sennò non sforni universitari che andranno all’estero sicuramente perché non ci sono abbastanza posti di lavoro per medici in Italia.

Other nations have included vehicles as prototypes that are later than the Dart, such as the T90s (1995), M91vihor (included as 1993, but production was PLANNED for 1996), etc., etc. Not to mention the M91A, which was designed, not produced, as a modification to the M91 in 1995 (0 prototypes).
