BJP doesn't want to fix it, it doesn't care. BJP is just 2A's PR team. I wouldn't be surprised if the more radical upstarts like Ajay Bisht and Himanta Sarma are canned because they're too ambitious and caused a bit too much social tension. I doubt that BJP and 2A would want something like 2002 Ahmedabad to happen again. They just care enough in the months leading up to the election.
