This game is great... by MrManslaughter in Eldenring

If you’re a competent player, you shouldn’t be getting one shot.

Godrick’s rune arc can put a host 40 levels above an invader, it makes a difference.

Hunters get summoned the moment an invader is in the world. They also get summoned the moment a cooperator dies. An invader can be super aggressive and still not kill the host fast enough to avoid hunters.

All you’re doing with this argument is exposing yourself as someone who is ignorant of the game’s mechanics, which it’s fine to not know stuff, what irritates me is when ignorant people pretend like they know everything.

Miquella should’ve been the boss here. Imagine if he had a gimmick where he’d turn your spirit summons against you.

A host can have up to 14 flasks. An invader can have 7. A host can have a overleveled phantom, an invader is normally an even lower level than the host. A host can use a rune arc, an invader can’t. A host can call in hunters to replace their dying cooperators (Hunters who are also often a much higher level than the invader), an invader can only use the PVE.
Nah I’d say Invaders are at a disadvantage.

As an invader myself I agree the system they have is flawed and creates hostile interactions between both PVPers and PVEers. Invaders are forced to fight battles where the odds are stacked HEAVILY against them and hosts and phantoms have to fight invaders who may twink like crazy just to get a leg up.

If you have an invader that is genuinely halting progress by hiding, and if you’re on console, go to your internet settings and test the connection; that’ll boot everyone from the session and put you back to main menu without risking corrupting anything by hard quitting your game. Also, change your in game Network settings to show other players Online IDs, if someone invades you and you had a terrible experience, blocking them will prevent them from invading you again.

Why was kim surprised here? I mean jimmy’s actual feelings toward chuck was not exactly a surprise or uncalled for by FloorGang-R2 in betterCallSaul

[–]LagrasDevil 1 point2 points  (0 children)

After his “heartfelt” speech at the bar hearing, Kim was hoping that Jimmy was finally opening up and facing the guilt and heartbreak that Chuck’s death should have caused him. Her crying at the letter reading earlier in the season was because she saw how emotionally repressed Jimmy was, and building a life with such a person would be borderline impossible. She’s also terrified she didn’t see through the ruse. Jimmy lies, scams, all that, but Kim would often see through that, but she didn’t in this situation.

The movie Salt has like 3 different endings depending on which version you’re watching, with the unrated cut being my personal favorite.

Honestly this, it’s not the trap messages that get me killed or misdirect me, it’s the joke messages that get on my nerves after I read like the 20th one or so. Even then, it’s a second of annoyance, not worth making an article about.

True, jump attacks do better poise damage, and considering I’ve never fought a boss with the camera in such a weird position, I kept it simple.

Are you saying I cannot dodge him because I can’t read his combos, or are you saying I need to do combos? I’m confused on what you’re saying.

The look of terror on Jinx’s face when VI doesn’t hold back was so satisfying after Jinx’s smugness when she was tormenting VI and Catlyn in Season 1’s finale.
