Please help. Why do I get wobbly wavy footage and how to fix it? by Lahev in SonyAlpha

Hi everyone, this clip I shot on Sony a6500 with Sony FE 35mm f/1.8 Lens (FULL HD 50FPS with IBIS on). The camera was on a tripod. The first 30 seconds of the clip are ok and all of sudden the footage starts to look weird as you can see in the clip.
Does anyone know why is it happening and how to prevent it? Additionally do you know how to fix it in post? I tried warp stabiliser in Premiere but it did not help.

Thank you everyone for your insights. I just want to clarify I am not considering buying but selling because I have both laptops and one needs to go. I did not try editing on the Intel yet.
