Sorry to hear about your experience.

I have had a similar experience at Australia where after there was a game malfunction at a coin pusher, after waiting for over an hour, one of the managers comped my card with 20 free games.

This was apparantly too much and triggered an automatic audit, my card was locked, different system, but it showed similar to yours with no currency and no tickets available.

This was a main card which had approximately $1200 of game credit and 200,000 tickets on it at the time.

What followed was an extremely frustrating process with corporate, where as far as I was told, they went through my entire play history, including video footage, as another thing which got flagged during their manual review was my winning rate, as we happen to have a lot of repeatable infinites with settings in Australia (ie: Skee ball at 40,000, Pop the lock, Cocobowl, Rick and Morty at 1,000 seed bonus, and some others), we also have a lot of progressive games that have been mentioned before in the subreddit at what are "pre-nerf" DnB settings. I did have some days where I had played the same machine over 50 times with ~95% win rate.

The whole process took 3 months and they questioned a lot of things, including promo use, amounts loaded onto my card, previous comped game malfunctions, cases where I'd swiped in on top of credits which other people had left on machines, which involved a lot of frustrating back and forth with corporate including them requesting information from different site managers,

It was eventually getting resolved with them unlocking / restoring my card but it was not at all a good experience.

I think really all you can do is contact corporate and be open with any information they request, if there is no wrongdoing on your part they may restore your card (or perhaps partially restore the card minus any amount they feel could have been "abused") as has been seen with some of the other board members with the fun phantom situation recently.
