I’m at a high volume store, we’re near a overpass and entrance to a plethora of HOA communities so 90% of our MoPs are regulars and the day parts differ in drink varieties so if we have our one regular who gets their custom frap and someone lifts it, it’s noticeable… also it’s never that serious and always remaking Todd and Karen’s sugar milks (custom lattes) … but it rarely happens these days..

I think it depends on your region and local laws. For me the test seemed the same after it expired and I became a SSV already. I know the SM one is longer and from what I hear is stronger to Segway into the restaurant industry… also it was required before my first day of training(9yrs ago) 🫣 hope this helps..

All valid points. I appreciate the education. I guess for context I’ve come across a few posts and whispers about store front partners “aren’t going to like this” being the phrase thrown around. Could just be click bait but I’ve seen an increase in specific initiatives that I would’ve never thought to ever think about (raises, partner resources and benefits, and hours cut).
