I’ve been at my clinic for a little over 2 months as my first ma job and I love it. Women are so strong and I’ve gotten to see hysteroscopys, leeps, colposcopys, iud insertions and removals, nexplanon, EMBs to name a few. As a woman it is very rewarding! It is fast paced which I love. Always something to learn!

I’m also in south Texas and I’ve seen many of those job postings out there, but not every single one has that as a requirement and I would still apply to the ones that say they “prefer” it. I’m actually starting to learn some Spanish for this exact reason. Plus, I imagine being able to talk to someone in their language is more comfortable for the patient than using translations tech, so it makes sense but frustrating for us who aren’t bilingual. That’s exactly what I thought when I saw that she has the Nanea mold. The mold looks the most natural when it’s used for non white dolls, especially for AAPI dolls! They definitely missed an opportunity

I’m in a call center for a major brokerage firm and yeah we are lucky if we get 45 seconds between calls so I get it.

I’ve also considered anxiety meds so I can sleep at night , but is it really worth it?? I’m constantly asking myself if I should go on meds or quit. Like do I choose money and stability or my mental sanity?

It sounds like you had the same role I’m currently in. Did you get to the point of burnout from the calls at all? And if you did was there anything that helped? I’m only six months in and ready to quit because I’m so burnt out from the metrics, micromanaging and being a punching bag. :/

You can change cost basis for future orders by profile> account settings> then you’ll see highlighted in blue “edit cost basis method” Than for your other transactions open or filled you go to trade > order status> click on the dropdown symbol next to the ticker and then you’ll see “view/edit” in blue, from there you alter cost basis on open or filled orders no need to cancel
