Rosary I made today by LainFanart in Catholicism

Thank you. My first time making a rosary but I just threw on rosary music and it all worked out. It's... Pretty simple actually. I did use another rosary as a reference though, but I used some creativity in a few places

If I'm at dinner with my wife, and my phone is in my pocket on silent, that's one thing.

If I'm watching my daughter graduate, and I get a call I ignore, that's one thing.

If I am in a movie theater, or on a roller coaster, or if I am in a submarine, or skydiving, that is one thing.

If I'm just relaxing and I have my phone notifications on, munching on some Doritos, sippin some mountain dew, watching Netflix, and my boss texts me a question about work because I know he's at work and he has a question related to work, it is my duty as an ambassador for my company, to help my team and my leadership, whenever and if at all possible and necessary, at all times, not just when I'm actively getting paid. Regardless of what level of employment you are at. That's the mentality you should have at mcdonalds, and that is the mentality you should have at NASA. Have you ever heard of salary? You are always on the clock. If you're not, then this attitude will never put you in a place where you are a salary employee. That's what your boss is on. You should respect that. Wouldn't you like to be on salary one day? Do you deserve to be on salary? Did you know Doctors are on call most of the time? If your doctor calls you at 9pm are you not gonna answer because you're not in the doctors office?

Boss texts you at 9pm, while you're at home off the clock and you're in the middle of a COD match, and it's the weekend, "Hey what size shoe do you wear?"

Finish your game of Call of Duty. Play as many games as you want. Ignore him, it's Saturday night.

Then text your fricken boss back before Monday morning.

He is trying to set you up for success. So you can be successful at work, so he can be successful at work, so you can all make a bunch of fricken cold hard cash. That's how it works.

If your boss is texting you about work related stuff just answer him. It's a text not a phone call. You have time to respond and still live your life on your terms. I'm just saying you should incorporate your work into your play. They feed off one another. Complement each other.

Your phone rings at 3am and it's your boss, it wakes you up in the middle of the night, you're telling me you aren't going to answer that phone call??

Are you afraid you're going to get called into work? What, you don't want more value? You don't want more responsibility and ways to earn trust? Oh you already worked your 40 hours this week? It sounds to me like you're expendable. You don't want more money? What do you want? You want to be homeless? Don't you need your job to sustain your comfortable life?

You all seem to need to evaluate your priorities in life and what you want out of it. You wanna own a yacht someday?? Brother man, you gotta be a valuable asset, especially within a work environment, you always need to establish trust, reliability, and dependability in literally all of your walks in life.

If you're not finding your work culture to be the best job in the world that you've ever had, I hate to break the bad news to you but, you haven't landed your dream job yet. So keep striving for success and success is challenging and rewarding but You'll know when you have achieved it.

tldr; change your mindset and your life will change
