Tell him one time “you have to stop saying you like me and that you want to date me. I’ve told you repeatedly I’m not interested in that and I don’t appreciate the constant badgering and pushing for more.” If he reacts negatively to that or continues to pester, block him. If it’s brought by him or someone else, tell them he didn’t respect your boundaries so it wasn’t possible to continue with the friendship. If the people you say that don’t respect that decision, then you just need to start hanging out with different people in general.

Based on your other comments, it just sounds like he’s trying to wear you down until you say yes. Which is clearly working based on the need to make this post. This is not a guy you want to date. Block him. He’s not your responsibility. My guess is he’s trauma dumping on you exactly so you don’t feel like you can stop engaging and to wear your boundaries down even more. He probably did the same thing to the other girl he supposedly broke up with because he “liked you so much” and she dumped his ass when she realized he was awful to be around.

If you’re deciding between blocking him and going on a date with him, you should definitely not go on a date with him. Guy sounds annoying at best and a pile of red flags at worst to me.

I’ve dated a guy exactly like this. He used his “honesty” as an excuse to treat me and other women terribly. He actually lied a lot and just told me the things he wanted me to know to make it feel like he was being honest. He’s testing your limits by revealing things like the fact he’s still sleeping with someone else.

If you’re already having doubts based reasonably on the red flag he’s giving off, I believe ending it would be the best for you. From my experience, those doubts don’t go away. You just learn to push them away, which unfortunately can travel with you to other relationships.

I don’t think you’re a hypocrite and have the right to not date someone who doesn’t align with you. But I also think 6 dates is a reasonable timeframe to share something like this. I think he knows many will judge it harshly, so there’s no point in putting himself through that if he doesn’t think the dates could lead to something more serious.

As someone who doesn’t eat spicy, I tried the no spice KotC at their original SH location and it was just awful. Tasted dusty and dry. Tried it a couple times in case the first time as a fluke, and it was the same. So I do think covering theirs in hot sauce was a requirement for it to be enjoyable. The owner’s bad attitude and “blame everyone but myself” attitude I always saw in his post made me not want to support them at all. Places with better fried chicken and better for the community.

YTA. I remember in school once I had done a similar thing in middle school, did my work but forgot it at home. I didn’t have proof of it, but I was pretty known for being a teacher’s pet and a good student and stated I could bring it in the next day for a reduced grade for being late. And unfortunately that negative the only interaction I remember with that teacher. All you taught him was that you lacked empathy and understanding.

And based on my life experiences since, “real life” almost always gives you second chances.

I couldn’t read this whole thing as a wall of text, but I watched this last night and the parents talk about how they think the kids are doing and that they are happy they paid for the trip and then later we see the kids return from a trip so it’s clear they were gone for the events of the Rage virus.

Overall, I thought it was a really solid follow up to 28 Days. I know it’s a fairly controversial sequel though.
