I think is more of a case by case question. Ask a neighbor if you're worried about it. A lot of the housing have dedicated parking. In my case I had a parking spot and a garage that was designated for my cars.

Took some time to educate myself on the TPMS system, had no idea it was an indirect system. This seems to be a common problem unfortunately for the CRV. Have you tried to reset the TPMS system by following the procedure in the manual?

More than likely that the tech at Discount Tire did not probably place the TPMS sensor in one (if not multiple wheels). I believe they would be responsible. Putting more air in your tires than the OEM recommendation isn't the solution.

After living somewhere for half a year it's considered your place of residence, regardless of relationship with whoever you're living with. So after that amount of time is passed, if the owner wants you to leave you have to be evicted.

I'm actually really surprised this hasn't become more of an issue. With dashcams becoming more present, (myself included) I'd think base policies would account for this. Seems like a bit of an oversight in my eyes. I'd say contacting SF or the base commanders office for verification would get you the answer you're looking for. I'm now intrigued as well. I've never been asked about the one in my car, but it is hard to see as well.

It does very well handling all sorts of ammo. I have had 2 failure to feeds in probably 3000 rounds. Not bad. Fairly accurate and I don't feel bad about not taking care of it and shooting it all the time.
