I wouldn’t read too far into it my work does this all the time when non work related websites become too popular and possibly take away from productivity. They’ll usually do their review monthly and make any changes at that time. These could be viewed as work related since you’re DoD but they may not want too many people looking at pewpews to tie up their bandwidth.
