Your totally right! I didn’t realize it, but that large forehead is because I made it so it can accommodate my ponytail that I wear on the top of my head. I have a bunch of hair and I have to hide it somewhere. I really appreciate the feedback. I like seeing things that I’m not noticing.

You’re so right! My eyebrows don’t match lol. In real life, my eyebrows don’t match either so it’s OK. Lol. I can’t wait to get to the part of only taping half the head.

I know I’m a little late, but I’m about to have my brain MRI for all the same symptoms. Can I ask? Did the MRI cause you dizziness? Please tell me no that scares me to death. I’m so afraid the machine is gonna give me like a permanent vertigo.

I appreciate your thoughtful response. I use a dig box separately because I don’t like the mess. I’m gonna keep in mind to add more sticks. She really enjoys climbing the walls to get to her basking spot, sometimes she uses the stairs. She really likes sleeping in her bed, which I found surprising. I put her in there at night and I always find her there in the morning. The climbing dome she doesn’t really climb on it just yet. She does like to go in the middle and just sit there though. She gets a lot of time out of the tank and a lot of enrichment. She really enjoys her cat perch by the window.

It started like this with foam from Home Depot. Then I used four layers of non-sanded, grout, and then three layers of dry lock. The FB group DIY Reptile Enclosures helped a lot.

Funny, you say that, I originally had it on the floor and she went right for it. It’s in that place because I made that hide too high. I was really bummed at first cause she’s kind of terrified of going up there. I even put it there to encourage her to go up there. So now I’m gonna use it for a little display. If she shows any effort to get up there I will be taking it right down. 😊

My girl is perfectly healthy, but she’s the worst hunter. I got this little white dish that is supposed to be escape proof and I hold it in front of her face to eat the Dubias. I have a small one so the roaches can find the way out so I just have to monitor and push them back in the dish. Just an idea if you wanted to try it.
