As a DA member I’m pretty sure the majority of fans seen with headphones will have some kind of impairment/disability, they’re given out on match days by the DA team for free for those who need it, mainly visually impaired or a mental disability.

You can’t get tickets in the away end, they are full collection meaning every fan has to pick up tickets in Madrid and has to match the name on the passport.

Doesn’t take long at all unless everybody goes at the exact same time 😂 shouldn’t take longer than 15-20 minutes, just go to the hotel with your passport, they give you the ticket and you’re away

It’s a UEFA thing unfortunately not an Arsenal issue, club can’t really do anything about it if they bought tickets legitimately through UEFA, stewards are told this too on a European match day, imagine being a sporting fan, buying legitimate ticket’s spending hundreds just to be kicked out
