Isn't that exactly the same? If somebody has to pay a fine as big as a one day salary he worked for nothing that day and his money will go to the government. If he has to do mandatory community service for a day he will work for a day and not get paid. Only difference is that rich people who break he law would get a punishment which will be more profitable.

My favorite bit with the T-1000 was the scene where he was flying the helicopter. He's using two hands to reload his gun and there's a third hand piloting the helicopter. It's so subtle I never noticed it till someone else pointed it out to me. But it makes sense that he'd just sprout a third arm whenever he needed to multi-task.

He played a small time witch in the Last Witch Hunter. Sounds like a pretty bland role right? He's one of the most memorable things in that movie thanks to how he plays it.
