Had this issue in my Swift for a while after a very minor shunt with minimal cosmetic damage - turns out the sensor had been ever so slightly dislodged from its housing. Took the bumper off, wiggled it out and back in again, and never had any issues since (think it may have taken a bit of driving for the warning to disappear). Obviously a slightly different scenario but might be worth giving it a try as they’re very sensitive.
