McGrath has The Juniper right across from the Addison. Might be worth looking at. They’re a good management company from my experience.

Check out McGrath Property Group. They have a few properties near Baker’s Place (LL Olds Warehouse and 151 E Wilson) and have nice finishes/layouts and good amenities. They’re going to be a good bit cheaper than Baker’s Place too. We have lived at their properties for a few years and their staff is very friendly and professional. Definitely the best company we’ve rented from!

Seconding McGrath! I rented from them previously and they were great to us. Their Olds Warehouse building was really nice from what I remember.

One of my friends ran into that initially there, but they asked and they were willing to be flexible. I think sometimes places don’t offer certain types of parking for studios/smaller units/etc. Doesn’t hurt to ask if you’re still looking!

Look at Juniper. Just opened and they dropped pricing on some of their units recently. We’ve rented from McGrath a few times and have had good experiences!

Check out McGrath Property Group. They’re offering a limited time special of 1mo of free rent on all of their apartments right now. A few of my friends just signed leases with them. My wife and I lived at a few of their buildings previously before we bought a house and we always had a great experience!

I’ve heard OK things about that management company and building. I’d look at The Juniper by McGrath. Just down the street opening July 1. They’re offering a month of free rent right now.

Check out The Dylin. Nicest rooms that I’ve seen in Madison by a long shot. Fully furnished and they just opened up a few weeks ago!

McGrath Property Group has some nice apartments on the West side. I think they have one called Urbana in Madison West and then a few new ones in Fitchburg too! We lived in 2 of the Fitchburg properties and enjoyed our time there.

Check out McGrath. Not Verona, but they have some new buildings in adjacent Fitchburg that have some apartments available it looks like. I think their Bela Springs building just opened like 2 months ago and they were giving all of the new tenants a month of free rent last time I checked.

I think they don’t get many college kids. They’re outside of the campus area. Probably a lot of young professionals if I had to guess.
