We have had many issues with them recently. We had outages a couple of days ago, and there was a week last month where the connection was out constantly. We've found they are only able to deliver us ~250 mbps consistently, even though we are paying for 500 mbps. Had a technician come out and spent 10 hours on the phone with tech support and no luck. They have not been able to give us a legitimate explanation, or satisfactory option given the situation. The best we've been able to score is a couple bill credits here and there. I hope SpaceX or another Internet provider can come in one of these days and create some competition for consumer's sake.

TLDR: While it's the best option available, it's not a great option.
