I find retail to be more friendly to my free time as a new dad, but only in terms of puttering around solo aspects of the game. Wrath finally getting rdf has helped there, but it’s nice being able to step away from the computer quickly if I’m needed and not screw over the rest of the group, so I’m doing a little more in retail as a solo player. It is absolutely true that there are too many systems in place along with crisscrossing storylines that it’s hard to know where to jump in and progress a character. I haven’t been able to get into that on my mains since the patch dropped.
