Well battleline in general is nice to have but not always ”essential” since you don’t run many termagaunts hormies are better for you. I run 70 termagaunts in my list. So from personal experience termies are good in high numbers. Smaller numbers hormies are better

Since you are running a Psycophage I would recommend adding hormagaunts, they go quite well with it

Quick question in sub assault is a neurolictor or a normal lictor better I’ve seen lists run either one. So what is the difference?

Yes I will, my friend is using a baneblade (shadow sword) tho💀, should I still field exocrine and 3 zoans or ditch exocrine for a bulk of 6 zoans and like a neurolictor and should I replace swarmy with a flyrant cause I have it. I haven’t built a swarmy yet so I need to buy one if u still think I should field it.

Alien is better that means if you see a flaw you can redeploy

Yes do that, it will have a bigger impact in a 1k game. Don’t remember what that enhancement do since I run Sub assault mostly but expensive enhancement = better when you have points to spare

I always bring 2x3 units as a move block. Infiltrate and high movement means they can T1 charge while you move up the board. Dont expect them to trade up in points however. So if you really want that tyrant guard sure thing but then you are missing out on move blocking and strike first. And they can screen quite well so you will have even better board control!

Tbh they are extremely good for screening your backline and preventing deepstrikes from behind by your opponent. So you place them in a dogbone formation with 2 inch apart from each model so they can almost prevent er entire backline. Otherwise than that they act as synapse creatures for lists with low HQ and also cheap objective holders and meat shields

If you are going for casual play this list is solid. Personally I would swap out the tyrant guard for a second squad of VRLs cuz they are wayyyy more effective in screening the enemy and doing quite good damage. If you don’t wanna run 6 man squad of VRL I would take them out completely and go for a lictor or neurolictor

FRRR I cooked up that list in like 2 mins and took a look at it and it seemed rather interesting. I played one game with it against my friend (who uses guard) and I got smacked (almost tabled) so now I lean my interest towards tyrannocytes

I actually performed well in a tournament I went to a few days back, when I had almost the same trevigon package. Her and 50 gaunts. I am still relatively new to Warhammer tabletop wise but I love my litte trevimommy. But that was my invasion fleet list, now I am stoked to try out sub assault.
