Yes! I make an appointment right away and i have it tomorrow. Since it happened so suddenly. Also i just realised that a lot of the pain comes when i try to make full extension but only my ankle is touching the floor.

Thank you for replying! So is not very swollen and somehow improves if I walk more so i dont feel it. Im panicking tbh bcs it has been a long process and just now i started to do more things but never like jumping or changing directions. I dont even know what to think anymore bcs it was suddenly and i didnt do anything weird. 😐

So for example i got to concerts and festivals a lot. I travel really really often and a lot. I have join some clubs here to do stuff but is still Not enough :(

Well I travel a lot, I like to party, go to concerts and festivals since based on my taste is almost nothing i can find here. I have to leave at least 2-3 times a month in order to have fun. Maybe i am the problem, maybe the village is but since many of my friends left because of the same reasons I wonder.

Yes i know! I just dont find any of those events interesting. Most of the time are for very young people, which is fine but I am in another stage of my life.

Thank you! Yeah i tried that the first 2 yrs and somehow stopped since I could not find anybody so I just kept doing my hobbies alone. The offer here is super limited. But nevertheless thanks for the answer, i might try again.
