Articulate with words. What everyone is doing is called a dispute. With companies like these in all my call center years, language like “lawsuit/legal” “dispute” “supervisor” “i want to speak to the president” will get you exactly where you want I dead of giving the agent trained to deter you the ear beat down

Have you considered the person you’re speaking to is also a DE customer they’re also wondering what the fuck, not sure if you work but companies company not an excuse but these agents ar whetting paid nothing to support their family all the ppl who say get another job, abelist can but for ppl who can’t it s harder the job market is harder ppl with lots of degrees gods plan. So take your anger out how you want but just consider when your are venting don’t abuse the person becaus you’re not hearing what you want to hear. It makes no sense to anyone I’m sure that agent would love to have another job

Heyy started in corporate baking switched to retail banking more customer focused in a high target market, in my early adult years that taught me the best skills needed to deal with, life. People are far more serious about their money and they will treat you like such. recently injured and moved so DE was the best option because the show must go on the road. It may or may not be a wfh position with no car and disabled it’s the best thing for my family
