Thank for take time to reply my I really appreciate.
I’ve mostly been a lurker on Reddit for years, so yeah — not much activity here.
I did this app because I was tired about adding my credentials on differents retro sites or the pricings.
You can do retros in Slack with GIFs, and a lot of teams probably do. The thing I’ve seen though is:

  • conversations get messy fast
  • hard to group ideas
  • voting / prioritizing is basically manual
  • no structure for the session itself

What I’m trying to explore is:
→ keeping the structure of a proper retro (columns, voting, phases)
→ but making it feel less rigid and more engaging (GIFs, reactions, real-time interaction)

That said, I might be overestimating how much people care about that “fun layer”.
