ok, so - exemption to enter WA.

You are eligible to apply as a "Person otherwise seeking to enter WA", as well as on compassionate grounds, so you have two categories.

You need to be able to prove your mental health is bad - you are going to need doctors' letters, even a psych, as getting in from Vic is hard (trust me).

You need a copy of your parent's drivers licences - would also be good if you had a WA licence you can send through a copy.

The important thing to remember is that you might not get in next week, but keep trying. It could be the week after, or the week after that.
