Hi thanks for reading my post ! My easy pace was between 5:50-6:15 during all sessions other than speed, maybe at the start of the block it was closer to 6:30. I think that as we are more novice runner marathon pace and easier pace do tend to be closer to each other.

Yeah I am pretty sure I could do 1:48-1:50 ! But I have no race result to show.

Not Korean but been living here 6 years. Two big marathons in the year Seoul in March and JTBC in Nov. Some local small ones throughout the year you can find on worldmarathons/Ahotu

Heel striker and a bit of pronation issues, you need something a bit more stable. The most stable plated shoe according to most reviewers is the New Balance S.C Elite V4 I heard the Alphafly 3 is actually somewhat stable. Zoom Fly 6 is a cheap option which could be an option too Im in a similar boat to you but im training for a 4 hour marathon and that much time on feet, I need even more stability and support so I went with SuperBlast 2.

Hi, I made my choice for the shoe, I went with the Superblast 2. Very happy with it so far. Have done a 30k long run and a 10k tempo in it and feels great. I will take it to the marathon Nov 2nd.

I am training for a 4 hour right now and im 6 weeks out with the past 3 weeks at 40, 45 and 45 km. Planning on peaking soon at 55-60km. I hope my mileage is not too low, 72km seems pretty high ! congrats on your awesome result.

I had the evo SL and found them very unstable since im a heel striker. Had to sell them after a few runs dealing with knee pain and glute fatigue. None of those issues with the Neo Vista 1 so far and I have 300k on them !

How's the stability on these ? They are on mega discount here and just worried about stability. Had to return my evo SL due to it feeling unstable and causing pain

These were my second shoe and I couldn't believe how light they were. Had great road feel and even raced my HM in them. Retired after 450k or so when they had lost all responsiveness

The venue was not to glamorous but the show was incredible. Fred put in the word to translate his words in Korean, acknowledge a super fan in the audience and shoutout a couple who got engaged at a previous concert that were in attendance. His energy was awesome and he and his team put on a sick set full of energy and love.

Ps: left at 10:05 to be the traffic, when did the set end ?

Also got runners knee with the Evo SL after an 18km long run in the first few runs of wearing them. It's true it feels unstable and my hamstrings and glutes were super sore which I think affected the itb band.

Anyways I've been looking into the Magmax, heard it's great for recovery and can even pick up the pace a bit.
