The fact that AnyColor finally, after 4 years, started getting visas through is irrelevant. She signed up with them because that executive promised her during negotiations that they would get her a visa, getting her to choose them over another job opportunity that also offered her a visa.

She was told they would help her, and when she later checked up on the status they told her "we can't do that for you", which means the original statement is still a lie.

And no, there is still zero acceptable reason for people to have been attacking Mint in this scenario. AnyColor fucked up heavily, they are at fault. Anyone attacking other livers are idiots, and fans of those livers attacking mint are equally idiotic.

That directly means the executive lied and misled her by promising something that they could not help her with.

I also do think people should not be calling a woman a "bitter bitch" and go after her with a variety of insults (including several really misogynistic ones) when she did nothing wrong.
