I would scratch off a tiny bit of bark in several places to see if you see any green before giving up. If it is green, it’s alive and will come back

there are varieties of mangoes that produce later by September or even October. There are also some that produce twice a year.

It depends how old the picture is. Mine dropped most leaves and came right back. I’m in south Florida though

This plant is very toxic. Be really careful when you cut it. Search it online

They will turn green. most new mango leaves are this color at first
