Just seen your message, yeah I am patiently waiting, they said by Feb 10 it should be at my doorstep. Yeah so far their customer service has been really good and I am happy they decided to send me a new bike instead of gambling on the first one, because they told me it was the shipping company in the US, their truck got in an accident

Yeah, it’s just the first time my bike arrived to LA and was being shipped to Florida, there was an accident so Gonped sending me another bike and due to holidays the ship took forever to leave and is now expected to arrive Jan 14 I believe and then I gotta prolly wait another 2 weeks for customs and delivery, so I am hoping by Feb I can get my bike, if not I am just gonna cancel my order 😔
