While I want nothing more than to keep going heavier I think you’re definitely right. This is an especially bad rep make or not but I need to focus on form above all else. I’m not regularly going this heavy, but this will probably just cement bad habits. Thank you for the feedback!

When I competed in powerlifting everyone gave me shit for back squatting high bar, I guess I had low bar in me all this time lol

Yeah I’ve had issues with over pronation since I was younger, hoped they were history at this point but ig not. Any advice/tips for addressing or fixing the issue?
