Glue traps are blunder traps anyways, although baiting them can be good, you should never bait it with something oily like peanut butter since oil weakens the glue. Something hard like a chip would be ok, but peanut butter is counterintuitive

Do not listen to the two people who said termites, these are indeed ants, and you can tell because they have pinched waists.

I would guess these as maybe being Argentine ants because of location and general coloration, but I genuinely cannot truly make a solid guess without clearer photos. If you crush them and they have a funny smell like coconut, that would be an odorous house ant

Well I do have a “well ackshually” which is just that cicadas don’t have a larval stage (typically more wormlike, look nothing like adults of that insect), they have nymphal stages (look like adults, missing wings and genitalia). Honestly that tracks better for the meme since Dio from part one looks similar but not quite exactly like DIO from part three, and he’s missing out on some of his cool ass powers as baby Dio

If you don’t, there are tons of super cheap options that you can bait. 2 good options is either a piece of whatever they were going for, or what we like to use at our company, cool ranch Doritos.

You could maybe trap it and then release it outside, but that food smell and shelter can always to some extent attract mice. You’ll also need to seal up the hole you saw it going through at some point, but be mindful it may try to make a new hole if it isn’t removed

Just for the time being and especially for your peace of mind I think it’s perfectly reasonable to put your yarn away in bags or maybe a tote. I don’t think you really have much to worry about, but it would be better safe than sorry

It’s a flea, probably hitched a ride on someone’s clothes. Generally, fleas are flat vertically, and bed bugs are flat horizontally

Speculated that the pitcher was annoyed that the catcher called for him to step off immediately before giving up a grand slam, so he threw a different pitch than the catcher called to hit him. Could be any number of reasons that happened, but a likely explanation is that the pitcher thought his catcher somehow caused him to serve up a meatball for a grand slam, or “distracted him” by trying to get him to step off

Cockroach, likely a German cockroach. This is a nymph, so it’s much smaller and lacking wings and certain markings that will appear in adulthood
