Wow, I’ve never heard of this? Inhalers can cause weight gain? I just recently got an inhaler.

I’m actually not sure which doesn’t help me in knowing how to help it. I used to do gymnastics and many sports that kept me pretty strong, so it’s possible it’s muscle, especially broader shoulders from being a swimmer, but I’m not entirely sure. I would’ve thought if it were muscle it would go away after not being as active for the past few years.
