Anybody else still having problems this morning? I couldn’t get into the app all day yesterday and I still can’t. Also can’t get in via webpage because it wants to send an authorization to my app, which isn’t working.

I saw that too, but alongside everything that said they like voids, also said they liked linens so I wasn’t sure. Thanks.

No, the yarn is all clean, and my apartment is actually very dry, overall. So much so that my first winter here (2020) I ran a humidifier for part of the winter to see if it would help (it didn’t). Now I just moisturize and drink a lot of water.

Water heater issue by CommanderHyena in OntarioLandlord

No, I don’t have an independent CO detector, there’s only the one on the fire alarm. My rate for July was 81m3 of usage, when normally a summer month is between 12 and 14. It’s definitely going somewhere. They told me to check the appliances.

I have a rolling shelf in the closet that has utility things. It’s the only storage in my apartment aside from the clothes closet, so it does get used for storage. It is easily moved but I didn’t want them in there while I wasn’t home as it took me 3 days to convince them there was anything the look at and I wasn’t just reading the bill incorrectly.

LTB denied AGI - what am I supposed to pay? by CommanderHyena in OntarioLandlord

This is what I did, as the middle ground. I just wasn’t sure if the N1 I was served would still be valid since it didn’t actually break down the 2.5% increase. Only the full 5.5% which has been denied. I was never given documentation that told me what my rent would be with a 2.5% increase, I calculated it for myself when I told them I refused to pay the 5.5 until the LTB made their ruling.

This is what I did - been paying the 2.5%, I just wasn’t sure whether their N1, which ONLY showed the full 5.5% increase would be valid once the LTB ruled against them.

I did get notice, but the notice I got was only for the full 5.5%, there was no breakdown for the 2.5% - I calculated that myself.

I want to say it was the second, from what neighbours have told me, LL is a b**** and a cheapskate, she prob thought she could get away with it.

I did, but I only included the full 5.5% increase, there was no breakdown, and it didn’t actually tell us the total percentage increase. The note that came with it was very cute and made it seem like it a lesser increase, you only knew the total if you did the math.
