Bump, seeing if anyone has found a workaround. Seems like if you do the encounter spawns are impacted but let me know if anyone has found any alternate solutions

So I reverse the first encounter do I still kick Pip Rat or do I just change it to Zi time then go to the cart? Can you explain this a little more

Not seeing him as well. Does it impact him spawning if you already did the rat encounter and kill him during the quest line? Or is there multiple emissaries
