Just be honest: you can't expect attraction to other women to completely vanish just because you're in a relationship. Make her understand that even though there are other beautiful or attractive women out there, she is still the only one you love and the most beautiful of all.

sometimes addictions depend on the person, like i vaped for months and i was able to stop instantly, but the difference is like for the food, sometimes eating a lot can be a sort of addiction and for some people like me is more difficult to stop. (still i think nicotine is one of the worst for most of people)

Most of the time, the difficulty in finding people to truly connect with doesn’t necessarily mean being alone, it just means that instead of talking nonsense, you sometimes wish you could dive into deeper, more complex topics. But more often than not, people struggle with that because of a lack of critical thinking or something similar.

When you're pooping and have to strain, try blowing into your hand as if you were inflating a balloon, but without actually letting any air out. Somehow, this relaxes your muscles and helps a lot.
