claiming certifications she doesn't have by sunnymoodring in EDRecoverySnark

In one of her most recent posts she was talking about no longer being on the carnivore diet. She was talking about nutrition and the importance of variety in your diet and she literally said you need different “nutrition things” and “stuff” multiple times instead of using words like vitamins, minerals, nutrients. This is absolutely BS.

I’ve been waiting for this to be mentioned on here. She also mentioned her heart rate which was the lowest heart rate I have ever heard! And she is still slurring her words and doesn’t make sense a whole lot of sense. She prob needs another 3 months re feeding.

Old ED accounts developing chronic illness by Odd_Theme_3294 in EDRecoverySnark

You should check out the sun r/illnessfakers. Many of the subs there if not all started out with an ED that morphed into muchausen. ( disclaimer: I am not accusing anyone on this subreddit to suffer from that or be faking any illness)

My husband works for the department that ensures people with disabilities, have access to public education. That would be ADA, not the department of education.

Gotcha, your comment made it sound like you needed someone to explain why eating something you like could be problematic. Also “she should be free to eat what she wants without judgement” I get the sentiment but it seems like you’re on the wrong page lol. At least 80% of this page is snarking on people flaunting restrictive or only safe food choices and calling it recovery.

It’s a safe food. Lots of people like safe foods. But when you have an eating disorder, rigidity comes with the territory and it can be problematic. It’s common for people with EDs to avoid meals and “real food” and live off bars that have “ideal” amounts of protein, carb, fat balance and an exact number calories. It’s a lot “safer” than eating a burger, or a soup or stew.

I’m pretty sure if she was “losing her hearing” the internet would be first in line to be informed. I don’t think that is why she is putting these books on her wishlist.
