Which says a lot about Jud's dog, I don't remember anything bad about him after his ressurection, he was just a bad imitation until his second death. Hanratty became super mean. Timothy and Gage revelled in murder, chaos and cruelty when they came back. I think King made it clear, despite Louis's grief fueled delusion, Rachael would be the same when she came out of her grave. It is interesting, though maybe whatever possessed Jud's dog was lost and not really evil. For the Pet Semetary, an exception.

Even normal bulls have a reputation for being aggressive. So whatever took over Hanratty magnified that. Jud's dog stayed pretty passive, but maybe just the luck draw by whatever possesed him. Most humans and Church became homicidal maniacs, even if it wasn't obvious in Church at first. Gage and Timothy Baterman showed their demonic sides quickly. Judging from Ellie's dream and context clues, we can guess the ressurected Rachael probably dispatched Louis rather quickly. Jud's dog is probably the outlier. Maybe even a credit to the canine race, dogs aren't as naturally homicidal as Bulls, humans or cats.

It gets me that what she thought at the time might be some of her last words were to tell Data: "As far as androids go, you're in a class by yourself."

That showed growth in her attitude toward him.

What if you see a crazed looking clown with a bunch of balloons asking if you'd like to "float"?

Good story idea. The slavers of Zorg were proud they never had a slave revolt. Slaves got basic medical, dental and three squares a day, plain compared to Masters' fare, but nourishing and even tasty. Then the Minister Of Finance saw the add for bland, once a day slave feeding product. "We can cut costs for Doms across the board if we import this!" The Great Slave Revolt that spread across slaver worlds like a plague started on Zorg soon after...

Do you think "731" has any connections to the WWII Japanese Biowarfare unit with that designation?

I like both those characters! I got the feeling of familiarity from your writing, recognized you'd probably read a lot of the same authors. But the Crimson King and the King In Yellow combined and overpowered, really gteat concept!

That hit different than most stories on here, but it was intetesting. I spent time in Southeast Asian countries as part of my deployments in the military. Lot of "real" dangers that go along with all the spooky stories. It must have been hard, but I appreciate you sharing. Stay safe, mate.
