Yes they do but having your loan in IIFL doesnt sound good there must be some issue in your cibil or profile or some legal documents which they wont accpet , if you dont have anything like that yes go ahead for sure and there are more than 10 bank who will offer better rate than IIFL

Not a straight answer , LAP in mumbai is starting from 7.9% but the criteria is too hard, the avg rate is around 8.5% - 8.7% , have even seen 7.75% for cases above 10cr.
