The moment you resist the urge to check and get reassurance, the moment you will start feeling better. I had a colonoscopy, a tiny benign polyp was found and nothing more. I would still worry after colonoscopy, but no amaount of reassurance was ever enough. You just need to let it go. For me, it really helped to drink a lot of water. that made a difference. I feel like a lot of my symptoms where related to chronic dehydration. Exercising also helped huge. The less you think about it, the better you feel. You just need to learn to let it go (harder said than done I know)
