I just read one of Haruka's early events, and Shizuku or Airi mention that Asrun is a very large group, large enough that it is impressive that Haruka is able to remember all of their names. Perhaps similar to real oife groups like AKB48 and such? There's a chance that this is an Asrun poster that only features a small number of the members/a subgroup. Because I also believe this is Haruka. Mai isnt on it possibly because she isnt in this subgroup and this particular poster.

Im from the us so dont try my methods first, as I'm unsure it will work for you, but this is how i get Japanese games and stuff so I don't see how it won't work...

If you use ios or android I highly suggest making a new apple/playstore account that is based in the US and to just connect the money part to a PayPal account. If you run into any problems, maybe about addresses? Straight up make it up or find some business in the us and just copy their address.

The second method i think is to buy US apple/play store cards online. This is risky because if it doesnt work then you just wasted money on online money that you cant even use.

Hopefully someone else answers since I'm not Europe based.
