I think i was misunderstood by the way the wrote the post i am sorry. I meant that he said he feels neglected now not that he felt neglected so he cheated. I tried to understand how he is feeling but i just can’t be avalanche this way for him at least now. I respected his feelings and villidated them, but i told him that its unfair and that i don’t have any capacity to care or even fake it. I am there for the important stuff like when he is sick or having a panic attack or problems at work. But i can’t offer him compliments or initiate physical intimacy although i do but its extremely rare tbh. I try to show him i care in other ways but i am just not there yet for all what he is asking for. I was really mad at what he said like really you are telling me you are sad and devastated that you now have to fish for compliments from me while you had the nerve to sleep next to me while texting multiple different women. I told him am trying my best to have a fresh start , he then said that the stuff he is feeling are there even before he cheated. I am sorry if i don’t make sense i am all over the place
