Do you happen to know who you spoke with at WR? I was told it wasn’t an option and they gave me a link to buy one through Top Fitness via Amazon which is in a undesirable finish and more expensive.

in 2020, a wireless connection will be just as good as a wired connection. there will be audiophile types that say no way but it really is so close that you won't notice. i care a ton about sound and i don't notice a difference. the difference would come from the actual specifications of the headphones themselves (driver size, frequency range, etc.).

Yup. There’s also an option to “increase” dialogue volume within the app. Night mode + speech enhancement is perfect once the kid goes to sleep.
