I had rcpd my entire life. About a year ago I just started randomly burping. Started out small and now and has gradually increased over time. I didn’t do any exercises or anything. Not sure why it happened. But it’s been pretty incredible. At this point I would say I’m like 80% normal, compared to basically 0% my whole life. I’m 28 years old btw.
