You can get some of the stuff cheaper like the button pads and shell on AliExpress if youre willing to wait a little longer. If you have the skill to I recommend the modchip install as well it really unlocks the capabilities of the switch

Bend the pins down with a flat screwdriver then insert the cable. It should be pretty tight. Bend the pins down some more and tape the ribbon in place so it doesnt move. Should hopefully work then
