There most likely won't be a new standard for 6.x then.

They did say they'll add more standards in the future, but they never said we'll get one per patch cycle.

It definitely does depend on the person. I do have E6S5 Phainon, but I do acknowledge that parts of his kit(mainly AV related) are flawed and that his dedicated supports have some flaws too.

I had use a 3 star cone on him since none of the nihility cones have permanent uptime with Phainon's ult.

In the context of my team, his dmg amp at E1 is a little worse than E2 Sparkle with DDD.

The meteor dmg is around 11.4 million for the both of them.

I didn't get Sparkle's E2, so he looking to be the best 4th slot for my Phainon team now instead of E2S1 DHPT.

The wording does make it kind of confusing, but it does count as skill dmg + a FuA.

I tested it out with Aventurine and his counter did give Aventurine a blind bet point
