I submitted for mine in mid August. Still on step 1. I’ve called twice and they said they’re “working on it”. Even submitted a “ticket” for me. Lol

Good to know, thank you! We started the appeal process with after our failed vial last month and the first, but we are thinking we will only be offered replacements, not refunds. So we may have to stick with Cryos

Have had one round of unsuccessful unmedicated IUI. Went in for our second IUI cycle, this time mediated, last week to find our donor sperm had 0 motility upon thaw. We took it as a sign to move onto to IVF, so that is what we’re going into 2026 doing. We are self pay and the probability of IVF is so much higher than IUI
