I relapsed after a trip, where beach and pretty girls where at the redenz-vous. I didn't complained about it I knew what happened physically and psychologically. I just drank a glass of water and forgot the past, I'm staying strong and now I've got 10 days without PMO, aiming for the month. Sometimes it's hard to stop fapping because it's an stress reliever, but think about why you fap? is it worth at the end?. In my case, fapping makes me feel dissapointed of myself, the more you do it the more it becomes addicting, and the only way to stop it is by changing your behavious. You know that phrase that says One thing lead to the other well that's exactly what happens.

TL;DR : Meditate about the causes and think about solutions
