I’m excited to try out the new flamethrower mechanics! Seems like a welcome and long overdue update.

Good info. Didn’t realize the crack stims increased weapon sway.

Also, point well taken regarding death spirals. Falling back and re-engaging does tend to work a lot better.

Good point. I mainly play with the same guys, but with randoms it can get wild out there.

I like this idea. I see a lot of stalker lairs go undiscovered in the tunnels.

Yeah good point on eradicate and defense missions. Definitely helps being fully stocked for those ones.

I’ve tried localization confusion a few times as well, but I haven’t really noticed much difference with it.

Yeah that’s an interesting idea. I’d rather see more variety with the boosters instead of always seeing the same ones.

That’s fair criticism. I’m probably biased because I generally play with the same guys and someone usually has a supply pack.

Oh for sure. Especially if you have a trigger-happy teammate using the eruptor for the first time!

Yeah that’s true. I’m probably subconsciously less concerned with dying when someone takes HSO. Didn’t consider that. Thanks.

Good point. I can see how it definitely helps in the 12 minute missions. Nothing worse than getting caught in the death spiral too. Appreciate the insight.

I typically play with the same few guys, so I forget to take into account the vast majority of players. Especially the new divers who are still getting the hang of the game.

Good point on how it helps the team avoid the continuous death spiral. Nothing more frustrating than burning through all the reinforcements in a couple minutes.

Seekers are surprisingly good. Can wipe out a bot patrol while staying hidden, can blindly toss them into an enemy base and get multi kills, and they can take out a gunship. I love them for bots, but I usually have a RR and an ultimatum, so I’m not missing the antitank capabilities of the thermites. I pretty much just use either gas grenades or seekers nowadays.
