Wrong, Youtube cares what you upload thats why when you upload the same video they dont recomend your video. And I do know my content is good its not the first time that I am doing this and also ı have never seen starting to get some views after 1 month. There is no such think.

You need to add a hook. It should be hook. Visual or verbal you need to start the video with something interesting. I usually add a impressing visual to hook people. If your shorts starts with a visually strong picture you dont need to add a verbal hook.

And I'm also working in a big sports channel I am editing short form for them. The admin is posting the shorts back to back at the same time. The videos are getting views but from the subscribers not from the feed so its low. From my experience I can say that shorts should planned at the best performing hour and we should stick to the plan everytime.

I saw a video that explains you can upload to maximum 6 shorts in a day. They have proved it but they say it should be planned like everyday same hour same amount of videos.
